A Location with a river: it began with the adjudication decree from a foreclosure auction in 11/2013 of an inner-city property on the Isar with a total of 1,040 sqm, built with a residential building (built in 1891) and a gross floor area of approximately 990 sqm, as well as rear office and factory buildings. In the end (first occupancy 2021), there was the successful development of building rights by Euroboden through densification with a gross floor area (underground + above ground) of 6,595 sqm. Thomas Kröger Architects grouped the multi-faceted new development with a total of 28 residential units around two green inner courtyards, consisting of 4 interconnected townhouses (living area approx. 2,900 sqm) with a height of up to 8 floors.

This project was managed by me as part of the Project Management team leadership, particularly in the areas of final billing and buyer satisfaction, and then as owner's representative during the insolvency of Euroboden Erhardstr. GmbH and the ongoing warranty period.

Special challenge of this project: for all project participants, the construction site logistics and the securing measures for neighboring buildings using shoring and bracing scaffolding for the 3 basement levels with underground parking.
