I am an architect born in Munich with a focus on project development and client representation, valued for my expertise and commitment to high-quality architecture. After studying architecture at the renowned Politecnico di Milano, I obtained my Italian state examination in 2001, which allowed me membership in both the Bavarian Chamber of Architects and the Ordine degli architetti di Brescia. My professional career first led me to the studio of the well-known Italian architect Angelo Mangiarotti in Milan. During this time, I also worked as a freelancer at the Arte Struktura art gallery in Milan's Brera district. A two-year teaching assistantship in postgraduate architecture studies at the Academy of Fine Arts brought me back to Munich.
After a brief stint at the Weber Gansser architecture firm, I joined my father's architecture office in 2003, taking over its management in 2008. Through the close collaboration between Architekturbüro Wöhr and Baustil Wohnbaugesellschaft, I built comprehensive knowledge in the field of property development projects and project management across all HOAI service phases. Beyond architect-specific coordination with authorities and construction companies, clients entrusted me with negotiations with construction lawyers and notaries, as well as property owners, neighbors, and buyers.
The connection to Italy remained present throughout my work as an architect, particularly through the construction of several villas at Lake Garda. In 2011, Stefan Höglmaier approached me with his private project in Fornico. This initial freelance work for the founder of Euroboden led to the next formative step in 2014 when I joined Euroboden Architekturkultur, where over the years I took over the management of project management and rose to the executive board in 2021.
Working with Euroboden's management, my continuously growing PM team, colleagues from interior design, marketing and sales, and the renowned architects we engaged—including David Adjaye, David Chipperfield, Mark Randel, Peter Haimerl, Florian Nagler, Sergison Bates, Thomas Kröger, Titus Bernhard, Raumstation Architekten, and Valerio Olgiati—was always enriching. Under my supervision, numerous sophisticated development projects were realized, including two properties in Munich's Herzogpark, several residential complexes in downtown Munich, and a property at Lake Starnberg. Particular trust was placed in me as Local Architect for the prestigious Kolberger 5 project in Munich's Herzogpark.
For 20 years, my expertise has ranged from project development with planning permission according to §34 and in development plan procedures to the realization of architecturally high-quality new construction projects in residential construction, often in conjunction with the renovation and expansion of listed buildings. As a client representative, I am credited with both independent and professional coordination of complex construction tasks as well as economic evaluation and timely task execution.
I have an extensive network and am in constant exchange with all stakeholders for successful and architecturally sophisticated real estate projects.
